THE Perfect Mascara

THE perfect mascara is something of a Holy Grail in the beauty world, and we're spoiled for choice when it comes to the selection. Not too heavy, but then not too light, and definitely with no clumps - we want lengthened, defined and evenly coated lashes at the stroke of a wand.
